When you work for a radio station whose motto is "the information you need. the people you trust", then you may want to try to avoid any insurance scams.
According to the Seattle Times, evening DJ Mike Webb of KIRO (710 AM) got into an accident last June, and then allegedly forged paperwork to make it look like he had insurance at the time of the accident. Geico claims he bought the policy the day after the accident, which would have sort have been a waste of money.
Mike Webb's blog seems to be silent on the subject.
