After only a month in the afternoon slot at 103.5 Kiss FM (WKSC), and after a week of pretending to be off the air in order to drum up ratings, Tic Tak and the Freak Show have really quit the station over a contract dispute.
The Chicago radio station's website is silent on the subject, though their DJ line-up is mysteriously blank between 4 and 8 pm.
Oh well, at least you didn't have time to get used to them.

I just saw this in Robert Feder's column in the Chicago Sun-Times. Sad to see them go already. Oh well, maybe they'll bring some more local talent instead!
