They had met earlier that day when the DJ's radio show did a live broadcast from the girl's school.
Looks like the girl's father was arrested after he beat the crap out of the DJ, but the police did not arrest the DJ.
In addition to resigning, the DJ in question has stated that he now "plans to travel overseas for a year".
Ummm, does that mean he's heading to the US? Or is he heading to another country where he thinks establishing relationships with 14 year olds will work out better for him than it did in England.
